ela-soft offers software maintenance agreements and remote services for partners who successfully took part on a sales and technical training

GEMOS adv. PSIM & GEMOS access Software Maintenance Agreement
SMA is available only in combination with sales and technical training. An update contract
ensures that GEMOS & GEMOS access as well as integrated sub trade devices always
remain up to date. Among this, SMA contract provide bug fixing, free hotline support and
ticketing services. The annual service costs will be renewed automatically each year, unless
either party notifies the other of its intention not to renew at least 90 days prior to renewal
date

Remote Support
GEMOS adv. PSIM & GEMOS access Remote Support Ticket
Remote installation and setup support ticket is available only in combination with sales and technical training. After prior arrangement, GEMOS or GEMOS access technician will be available by remote access from ela-soft headquarter. Internet access to GEMOS server is required.

GEMOS adv. PSIM & GEMOS access On-Site Support Ticket
Support by sending GEMOS or GEMOS access technician to GEMOS partner location/Installation.
This support is available only in combination with sales and technical training and after prior
arrangement. Accommodation and flight ticket are excluded. They will be charged in addition or
provided by GEMOS partner.
